that's ridiculous.

The King had NCAA issues

John Wooden had NCAA issues

many, many good coaches have had run-ins with those commies. don't poopoo someone just because they don't agree with every step-n-fetch rule the yells from on high.

Bud Wilkinson had NCAA issues all through his OU career. But the NCAA is filled with hypocrites. They make an example of Kelvin Sampson for phone calls. Yet basically do nothing with the likes of Nick Saben or Calipari or name your have dozen coaches.

I sort of agree but I think it depends on the specifics. I can assure we would not take a coach that was involved in the kind of the stuff Wooden "allegedly" was involved in. If any coach has a "papa sam" we wouldn't touch him. If you don't understand my reference to "papa sam" just google it along with John Wooden.

there's a large difference between hiring a coach who had past violations and one who just committed them and/or is still facing possible penalties.
