No way to really know from just this video, but Arent looks like he can help inside. He moves pretty good, has some girth to him and his shot looks ok. So we will see. We got by with CJ, Fitz and Honore last year. Arent, even if he turns out to be just another big body, can't do anything but help. If nothing else, his height will help against some of the tall kids in the conference.
