I'm excited about the newcomers in this class, especially Khadeem Lattin. My gut tells me he'll be a star someday.

As an aside, I like the six-part profile series Soonersports is doing to introduce all of the newbies on our roster. The quality of the signees, as players and on a personal level, is a credit to Coach Kruger and his staff. I'm looking forward to seeing all of these kids play!

I get giddy every time I think about the fact that we have a seven footer coming in! (next year) :woot

My favorite part of the article:

Rated as the nation's No. 72 recruit by 247Sports, Lattin says the adaptation to college-level workouts has been a challenge but that he's making definite progress and has bonded quickly with his new teammates.

"We've become brothers already," he said. "That's really why I committed. It's a brotherhood at OU."

Talent and TEAM chemistry. The Kruger era continues to advance.

I'm glad you posted portion of the article, Traveler. That was my favorite part, too.

The Kruger era is about creating a family atmosphere, where players (and coaches for that matter) bond out of a genuine respect and affection for each other. It's good to know that Khadeem was able to see and feel that from the get-go. I'm betting that's one of the reasons he committed to OU in the first place.
