We have to talk about how Loser passed off JJ & JN as being possible x-factors and we decided to keep them both for 2nd years (paying them 2 years for 1 year of playing) and they are not cutting it. JJ is JAG and JN is a poor man's freshman year Oweh and is essentially barely playing now.

Why did we double down on them vs. putting their $s into the Duke Miles pot? I cannot believe that miles is the leading scorer putting up like 17 ppg for a ranked team.. does Loser watch practice? I don't think there were character issues with miles, like alondes Williams had for Kruger

Just because I was curious at the out transfer production of our guards:

Overwhelmingly, when players leave they improve on better teams. My Good/Bad is just a count of the Greens/Yellow/Red across their season totals.

It is interesting to note that Uzan and Owen have both take a slight dip in their 3rd year, Uzan moreso.

You all know I am a big PER and W/S guy and that was interesting to look at. Makes sense with more team play as well. However, striking on the opposite end of that is the ORtg and DRtg. Pretty telling How Moser has 5 of the bottom 6 for all of them.

Maybe Miles knew he needed to get into another system to really excel. He did change transfer schools twice. Maybe he was just looking for a better fit.

BUT, it always seemed like guards did fairly well in Kruger’s system. But Moser’s is the opposite. Can you imagine Austin Reeves playing for Moser? lol

My understanding Duke was upset with coach over promises he made last year. Fears landed in our lap, so you have to take him. But don’t think Duke was staying this year as he was sold to be focal point of 24-25 of team. Not blaming coach for change, but cannot blame player for wanting to move on.

Another indication of how bad Moser is with his rotations is that Miles is playing significantly more mins this year on a much better team than he did last year on our roster, which was pretty damn bad at guard outside Fears. I mean, we had guys like Elvis, Goodine, and Dayton getting significant PT and stealing minutes from Miles.

Ugh, Elvis...when Moser had him portal in as the "starting SG" ... that may have been the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

But if he knew he was good.. he should have sold him on staying and promise him that he'll be the guy THIS year bc there isnt any Fears this time. And maybe Loser tried it. But it just looks really bad the Miles is going off. It supports that Loser cant identify talent and/or holds it back.

Loser mishandled duke miles. He had almost exact MPG as Elvis and goodine around 24 MPG. But miles was better than them in almost all categories. Miles should have been given extended mins, at like 30 MPG. That would have been tops with Fears and Moore. Then its an easier pitch to Miles to stay this year.

Oh well, we have Jadon Jones, a sub off the bench and Nwankwo who is like the 9th man at this point..
