Jamuni RS?

Toby Rowland is suggesting Jamuni will redshirt.

I sent out a few PM suggesting that same thing a few days ago.

I think cole/mankin play a few minutes each if thomas isn't able.
Cole has beaten out jamuni for mins.

Lon said there would be more discussion about this in the next few days on the SA. Hoping this is because the coaches are still confident that Thomas is cleared.

Just like the ncaa to sit on their hands on something like this. Haven't they know about this before school even started? They have got to have a better process for waivers and transfers.

As for Jamuni, IMO, redshirt him so he can develop his game and bulk up for next season. I think the only way you play him is if there were a couple of injuries early in the season.

By the way, Gary, do you think Cole and Mankin will at least hold their own as our fourth and fifth options in the post? I'm not convinced of that, but I will feel a lot better if you say they're capable of giving us some quality minutes off of the bench in any capacity.

Mankin is a wing. He will be in the guard rotation. Cole will get some minutes. I think that they will both be fine in the limited roles that they will fill. Trey Slate will likely see the floor some also In these early games.
