With Bennett and assuming Spangler coming in at this late period does Henry have a schooly available if he can make it in this upcoming season? If Cole is a walk-on this year does that leave one scholly for Henry? I know there are questions about whether her can academically make it in this coming year but if he can I was wondering if there was now room for him.

Thanks.

With Spangler and Bennett we are full for '12-'13 unless somebody else leaves.

I guess Coach will have to decide if he wants him in December or if he wants to to wait till the next fall to take Henry. Of course that decision may be made after he has gone through summer school to see if he has a chance to graduate. If so then we will have another player move on to his next school.

Maybe coach urged him to take his time and take both semesters so he could focus more on each class instead of trying to cram it all into one semester. Hope to see you in 2013 Jarion.

How would Henry qualify? He's already done his year at Prep school and didn't qualify. Wouldn't that make him a non-qualifier that would have to play two years of JUCO?

I don't know how the JUCO process works, but I thought someone in another thread said all he has to do is take the two years worth of classes, not actually be there for two years and that he was in JUCO for the spring semester. I could have miss-read that in which Case I apologize for the confusion.

My understanding of the rule is: If they are a non-qualifier when enrolling in Juco, then they must graduate frome Juco before being eligble. There is no time frame. It is just however long it takes. If they are a qualifier when enrolling in Juco, then they can leave whenever.

Ah...ok that makes sense.

Is he going to be playing basketball at JC? Seems like he may be missing some playing time and I don't think that will benefit him in the long run.
