Jim Traber from his playing days

I like how he has now started challenging listeners (and twitter followers) to come out to his remotes and fight him. "There's not a wall around me big man, come out and see me!!!"

He's either a great actor or he's losing his mind.

The problem with fighting is you generally don't want to be in a fight with anyone that actually wants to fight. Does Traber think some 50lbs weakling is going to show up? If anyone ever calls him on his BS they are probably going to be large, mean and too stupid to quit regardless of whether they are winning or losing.

I have a saying about fighting:

You either break your hand on some guys face or your face on some guys hand and neither seems all that appealling to me.

The funnier part of that is that on the occasions that I do tune in, it seems like something is always physically wrong with the guy. Gout, sick, tooth...always something. In any event, not sure that I'd be challenging random dudes calling in to a radio station to come out and fight me under any circumstances, only takes one nut job.

What I don't get is that the management of any radio station would permit one of their "personalities" to continually invite people out to fight. I don't practice criminal law, but say one of these days someone does come out to fight Jim at Jim's invitation and either party or a bystander were injured? Not good, and Jim and the station would have at least some culpability.

Life is indeed short. That's why I don't waste valuable time I can never get back listening to or watching someone like Traber. I would rather spend that time here, where worthwhile discussions like this are an everyday occurrence. ;)

Amen brother. I have always had problems with those "personalities" who invite lively debate on their programs, when in reality its a lie. They just want to trash those that don't " I know you are going to agree with me" philosophy. AdaSooner is right. Life is short, I enjoy posting here and mainly on the Women's side because most debates are at least civil.

Traber takes great pleasure in trashing some athletes. I don't understand the Romo hate. He doesn't kick field goals or play defense.

He takes great pleasure in trashing ANYONE that doesn't believe as he does, whether athletics or not. How he has a job of this nature is beyond belief!!!
