You need to read this board more throughly. I have never been labeled on this board as a Sherri fan. Most here erroneously think of me as being anti-Sherri because I am often critical of her recruiting process.

I do find it interesting that you think can confirm an offer from any school to any prospect when the NCAA prohibits mentioning any prospect/offeree by name. The only source anyone has comes from the prospect side and it has been verified multiple times that some prospects do fabricate offers. An educated guess is all that is available.

When offers and rumors/specultions are the only source there is a very large error factor. P.S. I do not lie! Definitely give bad opinions on occasion.

Edmond Santa Fe junior point guard Jo’Nah Johnson added to her impressive list of scholarship offers when she received one from Arizona on Monday.

Johnson also holds offers from Texas A&M, Kansas, Texas, Texas Tech, Stephen F. Austin and Tulsa. She confirmed the scholarship offer with a tweet from her Twitter account.

You’re stupid...if you didn’t know, that’s how it gets out and if you read what I posted you’d see that was an article from the Oklahoman...but I’m tired of wasting time on you....fact check it since u don’t want to believe it...I have games to watch, because there are still teams playing...

My problem is there are people on this board that are hypocrites...how many times do people from this board post shots from other players on offers received from their Twitter, but all of a sudden this person must be lying...give me a break...truly sad...

Definitely sounds like a family member if not her herself. Whatever it is, very aggressive and name-calling definitely does not help your case. Whatever the rumors or the truth is, if she were really that good there has to be an obvious reason why she went to a division 2 School rather than all those Division 1 schools that offered her. Attitude, grades, distance from home, all come to mind. But regardless, if I'm that Stellar of a player, which she was apparently by the ESPN hoopgurlz ratings, I would have picked a division 1 school over University of Central Oklahoma. I think at this point any talent that we can get would be welcome.

Some kids aren’t ready to be away from their family at that age...Just like some kids go to their parents Alma Mater regardless of where they truly want to be...it’s part of growing up, I just don’t like the fact that some people on this board continue to spread (rumors) about kids and think it’s ok, especially about kids that don’t attend OU...you have people on here talking about “Compton”, where does that come into play about anything...you have people on here basically saying another person is lying about offers from schools because it’s from Twitter, when we all know that’s the way things are spread at this day and age....it’s sad, so yes it makes me mad...

of them where relatively close to your home) then why go play DII? Was it a playing time issue? I don’t understand that.

First off, I’m not Mr. or Mrs. Johnson, but ask yourself this, if u had 10 offers to D1 schools and 1 offer from a D2 or NAIA school, but none of the D1 schools had an excellent program for what you intend to major in...would you still pick the D1 school just because it’s D1?
