its gonna happen...we got the core group of 10-20 people who are willing to work for this to happen...if we can get the rest of the students engaged it will be gooood

Yep. I'm extremely happy about this. I know I've been a big pessimist in the past on this board, but I'm really going to try my best to be more optimistic in the future because I really am excited about where Kruger is leading this program.

I agree. By all accounts he's going above and beyond what other coaches at other schools are doing to get students involved. I am really hoping that he can convince Joe C. to make some non-con games free for students, at least. We'll see.

What about doing something similar to what the houston rockets does?

The rockets pick 30 or 40 of the wildest fans (could be the wildest students in our case) and give them all season tickets. They all sit together during the games and are loud as hell getting the other fans into the game

Best wishes to you students. There are many of us loyal "old" Sooner basketball fans that would love to see the LNC loaded with OU students. Your youthful enthusiasm makes the games more fun for us all.

We had it rocking for a couple of years in the student section. No reason why Kruger can't get it going again.

There is a core group of Top Daugs that I know will do whatever it takes to get folks to the games. Makes me proud....:OU-logo:

If I were a student I would say "win", point blank. Life isn't an "ask and you shall receive" deal. It's a "make my efforts worthwhile" deal. I like that he's putting himself out there like this. But Capel wanted the same thing, and we know why he didn't get it.

Absolutely he does. He also knows that if the cards fall right in a few years he might be able to get to the Final Four with a program like OU. What a way to go out when he is ready.
