KSU signs St. Johns transfer

Omari Lawrence (6'4'' 205), signed with St. Johns out of high school with offers Georgetown, St. Johns, Pitt, Xavier, Arizona, Clemson, and Memphis. He left St. Johns and redshirted this year at Cloud County CC in Kansas. He was going to KSU ever since he left St. Johns.

They will probably also pick up Jeremy Jones, one of the better juco guards in the country. Although he is taking a lot visits to nice schools, I imagine he will stay in Kansas and sign with KSU.

Heck, those were the only 2 seniors period. Pullen is obviously a monumental loss but they do have talent on that roster.

Ya, they have a nice roster for next year. If they sign Jones or Hubbard they will be stacked at the guard spots.

They are a tournament team again next year, no question.

I agree, they aren't going anywhere anytime soon and I think Frank Martin is pretty happy in Manhattan so I wouldn't expect him to leave anytime soon. I will say good for K-State, their fans are actually good down to earth people. It's the KU fans that are just plain arrogant and downright dumb.

Are you serious? I live in Kansas. KU fans are somewhat arrogant, especially during basketball season, but it is mainly aimed towards Kstate fans. Which, by the way, Kstate fans are the worse. I put them up there with Texas, Nebraska, and Missouri fans. they are that bad. On top of that, they are ignorant and feel entitled, which they have nothing to warrant entitlement.

I am dead serious. Obviously you haven't lived in Kansas very long. My family moved here from Norman to Prairie Village, Kansas when I was 5 and I grew up with KU, K-State and Mizzou fans. I know for a fact that KU fans are the snottiest, most ignorant fans out there. They have no class whatsoever and I can vouch for that, which is why I went to OU when I graduated from high school. KSU fans are very down to earth people and KU fans suck, that much I do know.

This! I've lived in Wichita, and the surrounding area, for about 20+ years and KU b-ball fans are the poop speckles underneath the toilet rim. KSU football fans may be clueless, but they can't hold a candle to the scum that is KU bball fans.
