Sims is playing at a different level from everyone else in the Big 12.

I saw a KU player being taken out on a stretcher on TV Sunday - very late in the game. I never heard what caused the injury. Some of the KU players were in tears.

Two KU players ran together. One player hit her head.

She was able to fly back with the team, so that is good news. It was a scary situation that happened with less than 2 minutes left of the game.

It was a very scary situation when Keyla Morgan collided with a teammate after taking a shot. She came down off balance and fell into the elbow of one of the Gonzalez sisters that was coming in for the rebound. At first it was not that serious until Keyla began convulsing from several seizures. Trainers from both teams had to hold her down and stabilize her before being placed on the stretcher. I was impressed with out team which immediately came over to Kansas side and joined hands in a circle and proceeded to pray for Keyla. She has a history of seizures in high school but not sure what caused these. Glad she was able to fly home with team.
