KU Responds to NCAA’s Allegations

This is what happens when you get tangled up in Better Business Bureau bullsh!t... Misplaced VIN numbers, customer gouging... allegations of prostitution... semi-automatic weapons found with trace levels of cocaine dust...

Reminds me of A Few Good Men when Demi Moore vigorously objects

Seems like good news.

Yeah, who knows what will ultimately happen and whether the panel will determine that the allegations are proven, but there is no way the NCAA is taking this lightly or giving them a pass. They wouldn’t potentially turn things over to an independent panel if they were determined to protect a blue blood like so many people seem to think.

I think KU provoking them might actually make them do something. Usually if a team self imposes & reports they get off lighter.

KU and bill self getting completely razed to the ground would be justice for years of rampant cheating. Unfortunately, justice is rarely served in college athletics.

Yes the money was paid, yes we told them who we were recruiting, but no we aren’t responsible for it.
KU has been crooked for years. Their previous ticket scandal was all about getting basketball players.

Yes. They’ve been crooked for decades. They have an entire network to provide money and benefits in attempts to recruit talent. They’re similar to a drug cartel except their commodity is basketball players.

Even duke and the hallowed coach K are cheating and paying players to come to their school. (Shocked face). Everyone that says “Duke, Kansas, Kentucky” don’t have to pay players is either lying or naive. They’re all buying players. That’s how they guarantee the flow of nba talent to their schools. That talent sure makes them look like better coaches, but it still makes them cheaters.

On the topic of Duke cheating... This story may get interesting!

Duke and KU have both figured out how to get the families moved their towns. This is against NCAA rules but somehow they have figured out a loop hole so far. It has been very public over the years that families have moved with the players. I know of one head coach at a power 5 team with significant backing that has had his compliance team try to find a way to compete against it. They have not been able to figure out how KU and Duke do it. There was a couple other schools who do it but I forget who they were.

I really wish the hammer would be brought down on some of these programs... SMU death penalty kinda thing. It's an insult to every fan, player, coach, recruit, parent, school, etc.

Clean up the game, at whatever costs.
