Do they both get drafted? Neither? What your thought. NBAdraft.net has los 37 second round. No Oweh. They also have los as the 2nd point guard taken from Houston.

Hard to say at this point. So much will depend on how they play the rest of the season. Los has great size for his position and is a smart PG and can run a team. His shot is the X factor. He hasn't shot well at all this season, but he has shown that he is a capable shooter in past seasons. If he could get that going the rest of the season and shoot it well in workouts and at the combine, it would really help.

My question on Oweh has always been whether he can shoot well enough to play the wing in the NBA. He isn't tall, doesn't have great handles, and while he is a good athlete, there are hundreds of good/great athletes in the NBA. He has to be able to shoot it.

Drafted or not, both will get legit looks.

I always look at The Athletic and ESPN for mock drafts as the draft gets closer. The main draft guy at The Athletic hasn't updated his mock since early December.

Los could have a flyer taken on him in the second simply because he isn't a guy that requires a lot of maintenance. He does his job, has the necessary size, and is a solid defender. NBA teams still need guys like that. Oweh really needs to take a look at Lu Dort's path to success in the NBA because that is likely how he would make it if he does at all. I don't see it currently, but that doesn't mean it isn't possible

Los isn't good enough imo. Oweh is a tweener and isn't elite enough in either of the 2 extremes of his role to make it.

ESPN.com has a new mock this week and Los is at 49 ..

Both will probably get a look in Summer League if they choose. Hard to predict 2nd rounders because of how much the NBA stashes players, or players doing what Austin Reaves did.

I mean we are all fans making guesses. I'm sure they are tuned in more so than we are.
Would be interesting to see their accuracy vs some of the paid sites
expect they are not ... they have a good url and sell ads but it is not like they have scouts ..

draftexpress was so good that some went to work for the nba and the rest was bought out by espn.com

I don’t see either on NBA rosters, say 3 years from now. One or possibly both might stick on a roster for a season or two (iffy), but I don’t see it in the long run. I hope I’m wrong and that they both have long careers though. Los has improved over the years, but his stats aren’t a lot different than his OU days. With Oweh, I just don’t see him as a 2G in the league and would be a small wing. His outside shot is slow to get off, although his %’s have always been decent.
