IDK, but after a quick google search, it looks like he can play some ball. A 6'8 two guard that's athletic and can shoot! Averaging around 18 and 5rbs and shooting 35% from three!?! Must be more to the story....

That's weird that every major recruiting site would be off by 34 offers.

I believe the ones that were listed are the ones that Spangler narrowed his choices down to. From what I have heard is that there were numerous phone calls, etc. and Spangler put down 5 schools he was ionterested in so that it would help with all contacts he was receiving. As CoachTalk mentioned, he was a D1 QB and was receiving offers there as well, so I don't blame him for narrowing his schools down.
