That's likely 13 solid players available, 6 of whom are seniors. If we can just lock down one high-level pg and some decent size in the next class, then Kruger will have already done the heavy lifting in getting things turned around. You can see where things are headed, and it actually looks like there is a plan...

Sooner basketball is starting again....time to pop on from time to time. Excited to see the development of this year's team.

Unfortunately my first in person game of the season will be this Sunday, but it will be in Austin to see the Horns play Boston U. Have a meeting down there, might as well get some hoops in.

I know it's just exhibition, but I have high hopes for this year's team... so I will probably base my expectations on next year based on how well we do in this season... not just from some exhibitions

I haven't seen you post in awhile, Elmocarp. Good to see you around here again. Anyway, I think we got a shot at NIT this year and a long shot at NCAA. Next year year, I think we have a good shot at the NCAA tourney and a long shot at making a little run in it.

I agree with Badger, I'd like to see how this year shakes out before I start making bold predictions for next year. But on paper at least, I think we'll make the tourney.

Why? I have been to several games there and think it is about like any other arena. They don't have the most exciting environment as far as fans are concerned but I have no problem with the interior of that venue. The exterior is pretty ugly.
