Looks like he is turning heads at Boo Williams. Here's a tweet from Eric Bossi.

Nino Jackson folks. 2012 PG for Athlete's First from Ardmore, OK. Super quick.

I know the last time I asked Bossi he said Jackson was the best prospect in the state regardless of class.

I would LOVE to have this kid. I really hope Capel is already in on him.

I wonder how we are doing on 2011 recruiting? It's not to early to have some commitments. 2012 kids are great, but they also have 2 years to change their minds.

The kid can really play. We faced them in the first round of the state tournament

The kid can play. I mean REALLY play.

I hope he grows a little bit to go along with his quickness. It'll be fun to watch him develop in the next two years.

Afternoon update from Bossi:

Nino Jackson, PG, Athlete’s First- A super quick class of 2012 prospect, Jackson was very impressive. The 6-foot-1 player out of Ardmore (Okla.) High is a relentless attacker of the rim who can also pull-up and drain jumpers out to the three point line. A flashy passer, he’s a bit out of control but clearly very talented and a high major prospect. Even better, he’s a big time defender who rips passes out of the air and picks opponents pockets.

As a freshman at Oklahoma City (Okla.) Douglass, 5-foot-8 Stevie Clark developed a reputation as a shooter. Playing for Athlete’s First 17 and under team he’s definitely been stripping the nets. Another to watch for Athlete’s first is 6-foot-5 2011 wing Josh Richardson from Edmond Sante Fe. Long, athletic and can shoot it a bit as well. …

If you were to rank the top 5 prospects in AAU ball it would be Jackson, Richardson, Raney, Clark, and Parker.

I hope we get as many of these kids as possible. I would love to look at the OU roster 2-3 years from now and see a half a dozen in-state kids playing. It would be completely different from this 13-18 team full of superstar kids that dont give a crap about OU.

The only two kids that played hard most of the year were Cade and Crocker. Both of which cared about Oklahoma and had roots/family here.

Yeah, that is probably the way it goes. Clark's biggest problem will always be size. I might actually rank his teammate Dorrian Williams ahead of him even though he will be a SR next year. I think he's the most underrated player because his style of play gets overlooked in Douglass' system.

Dorrian has some hops

Real Deal on the Hill next week is a big week to see if some OK prospects get some national love. On a sidenote, Raney is teamless.

Raney isn't with Athletes' first?
You know why DM?

Nino Jackson has interest from Baylor, Missouri, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.

Marquette and Missouri did their early on homework on 2013 stud Stevie Clark.
From Rivals.

Talked to a friend who is from Ardmore and has a bunch of family still there. OU is in good shape with the kid.

He's talking about Raney not playing for Athlete's first because Xavier strained that relationship with them is what i believe.

Hmm, hadn't heard anything to that effect. So Xavier has a strained relationship with PCO?
