41-15 Celtics vs the 21-38 Clippers. Clippers are 27.5 games out of first place, and 11 games away from making the playoffs. Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic will both play tonight, but Mo Williams and Jamario Moon probably won't play for The Clips tonight, as Baron Davis was slow to take his physical. Look for KG to try his bag of tricks tonight against Blake-there could be some chippy play...

Was thinking the same thing 152219, their offense stalls out in the 3rd and it just seems like they never know what they're doing.

Blake with another double double 21 points (7-13 FG, 7-8 FT), 10 rebounds (2 offensive), 4 assists, 1 steal in 32 minutes.

dj starts, gets the majority of minutes in the first half. 7 point lead. kaman starts second half, lead turns into 9 point deficit and blake becomes a non-factor. dj doesn't come back until 3 minutes left in the game. exceptional coaching on display tonight.

Kaman is a good center and a good scorer but he doesn't gell with Blake as he requires the ball and isn't as good as a defender. Jordan works with Blake as he turns into a Robin type to Blake in the low post. Kaman still has the alpha mindset and needs touches when he's on the court to have any postivie impact.

Issue is if Kaman is getting touches it means Blake isn't right now. Gotta hope the Clippers turn Kaman into a 3 who play defense and hits jumpers this off season or next year.

And Blake proved when Kaman was out he can be a great primary post option for a team. Heck during that little Dec-Jan run the Clippers looked like an 8 seed potential team. Blake is a jumper, better free throw shot and better defense from being the best power forward in the league.

Blake right now is positioning himself to become a top 5-10 player in the league. Clippers need to start positioning pieces around him to win or he's out like Lebron, Melo, etc.

How do refs determine what to review? There were two BLATANTLY bad calls (and out of bounds, and a foul on an obvious 3 they called a 2) that went against the Clips that were pretty big IMO.
