Does anyone know how to get their hands on these? Where do you buy them? Link?

Thanks in advance.

Boomer!

I bought tickets off Groupon. Not sure if they're still on there.

I saw the Groupon deal but I believe they were single session and the all session ticket from TicketMaster was a better price. Could be wrong though.

Ok sorry but I've never went to the tourney bore so what is all the session 1 2 & 3 about? What do I need to get?

Session one will be 2 games in the afternoon. Session two will be 2 games in the evening. The winners of these 4 games will advance to the round of 32.

Session 3 will be 2 games, with the winners advancing to the Sweet 16. (Two winners will advance to 2 different regions, I believe.)

So you definitely want session 3 and then I would hurss session 2 because OU will more then likely play in the evening...right?

Exactly. There's no good way to predict which session OU will get on Friday. When they played in OKC in 2003, OU and South Carolina State played the first game of session 1 (it was on a Thursday that year). KU played the late game.

I'd say just get an all session pass. If you enjoy college basketball, it's money well-spent even if OU isn't playing.

I don't know how they set up who is going to play when.

The times that I've gone, all the games were entertaining, even if OU wasn't playing.

No way to know right now. I think the game times are pretty random.

If you don't want to spend the money on a "non-OU" session, just buy session 3 and then wait until the tournament is set and buy the ones for OU's Friday session. But I'm not sure you'd ultimately save much money by doing that.

OU played the second game of the 1st session in 2003. Cal and NC State played the first game. Me and my Dad went to that one.

Now that I think of it, you're right. It's been too long. The point remains, if you only bought tickets for session 2 assuming OU would play later, you were disappointed.

I bought all session tickets in the club section off Stubhub; was surprised they weren't more expensive, but looks like they've gone up since then.

All we know is the games will be played Friday/Sunday and that Friday will be 2 sessions where they clear the arena between sessions.

Start times are based almost 100% on TV. Remember that things changed 3-4 years ago with the schedule. Games are no longer all on CBS regionally; all games are national and they spread them out and stagger start times. Being in the central time zone and based on history, it stands to reason that Friday will look something like this:

Session 1
12:15: Game One
2:45: Game Two

Break

Session 2
6:30: Game Three
9:00: Game Four

Something like that.

In the old days you could bank on the Sunday doubleheader starting between noon-2:30 in the central time zone with the second game wrapping up early evening at the latest. Now, with the staggered times, you could have the first game start as late as 5:00 or so based on what they want to do with TV.
