Question: if you're supposed to be the #8 team in the country, shouldn't you still be able to at least be competitive with ORU, even with 3 starters out?

Absolutely, but i don't think they should bother ranking teams until February.

Not if you don't have much depth. We were ranked top 5 in 2009, take Blake, Willie and Crocker/Taylor out of the lineup...we aren't beating many people.
