to the OU BB coaches. it has come to my attention that you haven't been paying enough attention to the vast number of BB experts on this board. for starters you don't know how to get a lead, and you don't know how to hold a lead, and you don't know how to increase a lead. if you did you would win every time, just look at kentucky, kansas, the lakers, and the conn. women for examples. we can easily advise on how to do these things and make all our lives easier.now we recognize a young, inexperienced coach with young, inexperienced players can easily overlook this important concept, so we will come to the rescue. we have experts on aging, so all of you can get over being young and inexperienced. now the specifics of getting a lead, you only let the guys who are hot shoot 3 pointers and 2 pointers too, if they miss 3 of them they were obviously not hot and shouldn't have been shooting them, and that caused you to lose the lead. if they had bad body language, they caused the team to lose also, and we have body language experts here who can straighten that out too. if you have the lead and you manage the clock correctly ( run the clock down then make a shot) you will keep the lead, however do not run the clock down and miss the shot, that will cause the lead to dwindle. if you miss free throws it is obvious you haven't practiced shooting them enough, especially when you were tired. there are about 10 guys on the team who haven't given their best efforts so they should all be benched, let the guys on the end of the bench play, they will obviously give their best efforts.tmg should only play when he is not going to make turnovers, we think he is inexperienced, so should be given more experience in practice at not make turnovers, let him know he can be benched for turnovers. some of the guys make stupid fouls, so tell them to only make smart fouls. and speaking of fouls, we will write to the big12 officials and tell them to stop causing OU to lose games because of their obviously biased calls against OU. also in recruiting, we only want mcdonald all-americans who will be 4 year players, and who are experienced and do not make stupid mistakes.the rest of the recruits can be guys who are not busts and also play for 4 years. if they can't make an immediate impact, they lose their scholarship and they should know that coming in, so they give their best effort from the very beginning. now we want you to know we are behind you 110% , but if you follow our advice we would be behind you 120%, if you don't follow our advice it could drop to only 100% support, and if it continues maybe even 50%. we all await your call, for us to step in and lift this team to the final 4. we are sure we could all make it to any practice to help implement these important changes.

To the OU BB coaches:

It has come to my attention that you haven't been paying enough attention to the vast number of BB experts on this board. For starters you don't know how to get a lead, and you don't know how to hold a lead, and you don't know how to increase a lead. if you did you would win every time, just look at kentucky, kansas, the lakers, and the conn. women for examples. we can easily advise on how to do these things and make all our lives easier.

Now we recognize a young, inexperienced coach with young, inexperienced players can easily overlook this important concept, so we will come to the rescue. we have experts on aging, so all of you can get over being young and inexperienced.

If you have the lead and you manage the clock correctly ( run the clock down then make a shot) you will keep the lead. However do not run the clock down and miss the shot, that will cause the lead to dwindle.

If you miss free throws it is obvious you haven't practiced shooting them enough, especially when you were tired.

There are about 10 guys on the team who haven't given their best efforts so they should all be benched. Let the guys on the end of the bench play, they will obviously give their best efforts.

TMG should only play when he is not going to make turnovers. We think he is inexperienced, so should be given more experience in practice at not make turnovers. Let him know he can be benched for turnovers.

Some of the guys make stupid fouls, so tell them to only make smart fouls.

And speaking of fouls, we will write to the big12 officials and tell them to stop causing OU to lose games because of their obviously biased calls against OU.

Aso in recruiting, we only want mcdonald all-americans who will be 4 year players, and who are experienced and do not make stupid mistakes. The rest of the recruits can be guys who are not busts and also play for 4 years. If they can't make an immediate impact, they lose their scholarship and they should know that coming in, so they give their best effort from the very beginning.

Now we want you to know we are behind you 110% , but if you follow our advice we would be behind you 120%. If you don't follow our advice it could drop to only 100% support, and if it continues maybe even 50%.

We all await your call, for us to step in and lift this team to the final 4. we are sure we could all make it to any practice to help implement these important changes.

I added some capital letters, paragraphs and changed some commas to periods. ENJOY!
