Hoops scouting report

Cade Davis, the only senior on the men's basketball team, praised the team's work ethic this summer. Davis said several players will surprise, including point guard Carl Blair, who transferred from New Orleans. Blair is immediately eligible because the Privateers are moving down to Division III.

"He's come in and done really well,” Davis said. "He reminds me a little of Byron Eaton when he was at OSU. (Blair) handles the ball extremely well. He does a great job distributing and picks his times when to score. And he can shoot it.”

Yep. I'll go with Cade over the "Negative Nancies" that we have on this board. Carl seems like a seasoned player. Not one for the spectacular, but also a point guard that can help you win and not get you beat. BOOMER SOONER BABY!!!:clap
