*********OU-Kansas Gameday Thread**********

Unbelievable that ball went in. No one to rebound hard off back iron and it goes in.

Eventually they will stop hitting 3 pointers. Problem is we'll be too far behind.

why was there a 17-0 run and no timeout used? Maybe it's because I only coached 6th graders to a ship, but if there was anything more than a 7-0 run, we usually called a timeout to settle down the youngsters.
Timeouts don't matter at this point.

It seems like this happens every year when we go to Lawrence. They hit everything they throw up. I need to start unloading on this game every year.

Thomas is playing scared. Threw up a half-hook from 2 feet that missed.

If this team would actually compete, this wouldn't be so hard to watch. But they obviously are NOT committed to guarding the perimeter tonight and KU is on....that's not a good combination.

We are going to win our fair share of games with talent, but this team is so soft.

What luck but clearly another wide open non defended 3 point attempt. Kansas is currently 8 for 8 from 3 point land.

He was 5 feet behind the line in transition. Can't get too upset about the D on that.
Some of our defensive possessions have been bad, but for the most part I really just think the problem is they can't miss and they have a lot more size than us inside.

And the fact that we are constantly turning the ball over and letting them get out in transition.

Every shot we take is timid and challenged. Every shot they take is quite the opposite. Why are our guards sinking into the lane giving up open 3's!?!

Is there any reason why Kruger thinks we don't need to guard teams on three's?

Just wondering.. Because they don't seem to concerned with three's. Not after the 3rd, 6th or the 8th made three. Nope, not gonna adjust. Nah, we're too good to lower ourselves to cover a three.

I just hope we show better heart and composure than we showed at WV. One possession at a time on each end.
