Why did Booker get pulled in the first half? OU was struggling and he hit his one and only shot. Did he screw up on defense?

well he isn't really known for his defense, so you are probably right no that one. IDK I didn't see anything. Could've used his confidence to shoot a 3 in last two minutes

Yup...too tired to get a stop late in the game when they badly needed it. Thomas was the only one with fresh legs at that point.

I like the adjective Fran threw out there (more than once) about this team. OU is "mercurial." This team can be dangerously good or bad. In last night's game, they were plenty of both.

Too many turnovers, not enough assists. Keep harping on it, but down the stretch when you need to run an offensive set and get a good shot, OU struggles. Must figure out a way to rememdy this. Way too many TOs in the first half, which fueled KU's run.

No idea, but I don't understand it. Not so much getting pulled in the first half, but he didn't in the second half until the last minute or so of the game.

For a team that we thought was going to be deep, we are not in fact very deep.

We were on a 20pt run and took the lead in the second half, Kruger went with the horses.

And those horses ran out of gas. Gotta have faith in your bench. Thought he stuck with Bennett too long as well, even though Thomas was a crap option last night as well.

Got no problem with the strategy, he staggered TOs around the medias to maximize rest.
