OU Plane in Denton last night:

According to several legitimate posters on TOS, OU may have been in contact with BCG and Jones of North Texas last night in Denton, TX.

I am not a huge Danny Manning fan as a player....but he could help recruit....he has the name and NBA pedigree...he could help on the East Coast, being from NC.

We could do MUCH worse I think

If UT can name their stadium after a former OU legend, then I think OU may be able to forgive Danny.

Its not necessarily what he did to us as he was just playing his game. I have more angst at Hightower than anybody for giving Manning star status and not calling him for a foul when he clearly initiated contact a few times.

I could forgive him and support him being an asst. coach. When we beat KU, I'd like to see him getting excited and that would help me like him even more. He better not wear a crimson and blue tie...I can tell you that!

and for those people not wanting manning. yes i was around for the King-man days and share your absolute hatred of Danny Manning. But at this point I could give a S less who is on our staff as long as they help turn us back into a winner.

So yeah if Larry Brown said he wanted to coach OU not only would I cry from happiness I'd shower his feet with rose petals.
