Re: OU-TCU Box Score

The stats usually surprise me in some way. I would not have guessed that OU had more offensive rebounds.

Only 2 minutes for Walker. The other guards were not in foul trouble, so I guess he was not needed, although Walker has come up big is some recent games.

Re: OU-TCU Box Score

What surprises me is Spangler's ONE rebound and the total lack of bench support......especially because they've been so instrumental in our last few games.

According to Coach Kruger earlier this week, Ryan Spangler is "nicked up" and it was hoped that the extra time off this week would help him. Don't think it is anything serious, but it is difficult to heal up this late in the season.

If you go strictly by offensive production you would be right. Our starters didn't get much help. But, Lattin made the best of his sixteen minutes defensively with 2 boards, 3 blocks and a steal. That doesn't count the shots he changed.

I think that's mainly what Khadeem is told to do, and it's a role he fills quite well most of the time.

That's true. Hidden production.

Re: OU-TCU Box Score

i would have liked to see walker get a little more run. He is fearless around the rim, and we have a short turnaround to big monday.
