No. No. No. This is just life on the road in the big 12... Doesn't make us better, just tough to win on the road. At least that is what those joke of announcers said... I'm not sure they gave one ounce of credit to OU during the game! Ridiculous!
Now that I'm done complaining: let's celebrate the sweeps of UT & OSU in the same year!

I thought the announcers gave us a bunch of credit. Much better than most of the crews I've heard this season.
Cousins and Hield have become players that you really want to have the ball when the offense stalls. They create.
I'm rather surprised at how this team plays. I always regarded Kruger as a highly-defensive coach with few offensive tendencies. This is a good offense.

Great maturity shown by this team after our lull where we didn't play well and lost 3 of 4. In prior years we would have just folded up and kept losing but our guys really have proven their worth this year - Win these last 2 and let's seal the deal, build some momentum and get peeps talkin about OU bball again.

This. I loved the ball movement at times today, really crisp passes around the horn, kept rotating until we found an open shot.
Doesn't hurt that when we did get the open shot, more often than not we buried it!

so was Hornbeak. He had 9 off the bench. Those guys combined for 50 points today.
As dominant as we were today, this team still didn't play as well as it can. We're simply a better team than Texas and have better coaching.
We dominated the whorns even though we've got no one over 6-8 on the court at any given time. We are outmanned down low against teams like Texas, but our four-guard lineup at times makes those teams look silly.
If we had a player like Riddley to go with Spangler, we'd be almost unbeatable.

See I just didn't hear that amount of credit. I'm not saying that they had nothing good to say, but they just made it sound like Texas played poorly. And guess overall I'm just tired of the lack of credit given out to this team! I know it has to be earned, but how have we not earned any credit? Case and point would be the lack of attention this game received... One of the biggest games in big 12 this season, and it's lost in the mix.

Agree 100%. I had been on the fence regarding whether we are better than Texas......until today. We look more polished, more under control, and better coached than Texas. I think we are right there with Iowa State....maybe even slightly better. Hope we get ISU in KC.
