The year 2002 is one Duke Edsall will never forget. A 25-year veteran of Atlantic Coast Conference basketball officiating, Edsall achieved an incredible series of milestones that season.

He received his first ACC Tournament championship game assignment (Duke-N.C. State); next, he was on the crew with the first female to work the NCAA Men's Tournament (SWAC official Melanie Davis); and then he got the nod for his first Final Four assignment (Indiana-Oklahoma).

Nice win. Tulsa's lack of inside guys helped but I liked our ball movement today.

That was an impressive effort. Getting embarrassed in the prior game you have to think Tulsa was extremely motivated to play well and they still got blown out on their home floor.

Looks like Kruger figured out the offense.

For not playing a week for finals, I thought they did pretty well today except for Buddy's shooting. Cousins is really impressing me with his shot. Nice and smooth and in sync all day long. Great effort by the team today.

Really good to see Thomas work his way into the offense. Tremendous matchup problem for our opponents.

Probably a career best game for Cousins.

Spangler really hurt with questionable foul calls. Basically took him out of the game.

Booker and Hield still struggling a bit but Booker was much more under control today and played pretty solid. We need to get them going.

Defense was good but at times dropped off in intensity. Got burned several times from the corner

Lattin doing well before injury. Hopefully, he will not miss time. Coming on nicely and has a nice touch on his shots. Was hoping that he would get a lot of time with Spangler in foul trouble.

Cole did pretty well today but probably will not be of much help against a tough opponent.

Offense best of the season. Did a good job of playing the hot hands (Thomas and Cousins). We have the kind of team that it could be two or three other guys the next game out.

Upcoming game against Washington will be a good test.
