** OU vs. Central Arkansas thread**

So OU shoots 80% from the field in the first half, is 5-6 or 6-7 from the 3pt line and they are up by 7 points over a 4-8 Central Arkansas team playing its first year of D1 basketball....

BUT, at least the game is entertaining!

If we played this style all year I wouldn't have much to complain about.

76% from the field so far and we are only up 7 but I really wouldn't mind if we do about half this most of the year.

CJ Washington was really impressive that half too. Defense hasn't really played that bad either even though it's given up 61%. They've caused a lot of turnovers. I think they are just making some good shots.

Thanks for the constant reminder we aren't good this year. Wouldn't want anyone to forget all the magical examples of how bad we are. Keep beating us over the head with it.

Then another foul is called on UCA as Blair was dribbling across the court.

Fitz dishes to Clark who draws a foul goes to the line. 3 fouls drawn on that possession.

Clark hits both free throws 17 for him 46-37.

UCA hits a shot on a drive.

Blair turns it over but they miss a shot and Blair rebounds. UCA commits a foul at the other end. Fitz misses a jumper, rebound goes the other way.

UCA misses a 3.Cade rebound.

Sooners turn the ball over but Fitz forces a turnover right back to keep it at the Sooners end. Clark misses an open jumper.

UCA hits a 2 and draws a foul inside. Fitz 2nd foul. Free throw is no good from an 80% free throw shooter. 46-41

Blair misses, Fitz misses a rebound. UCA rebounds.

UCA turns it over and commits a foul on the fast break.

Capel is a hard head ass or what. Go to the four guard line-up again. I hope UCA smoke them. I know this line-up won't produce **** in the big 12.

Fitz travels with the ball. I think he also stepped out of bounds.

UCA misses a 2, and OU gets called for a foul on the rebound. Fitz is starting to collect some fouls. And he goes out.

UCA guy takes to to the basket and just misses. But he hits the first, misses the 2nd free throw. 46-44.

Pledger hits a 3. 49-44. UCA beats the Sooners at the other end. And commit a foul. UCA misses the first free throw, hits the second 49-45.

Blair is fouled on the inbounds. They are close to the penalty already.

Nice ball movement. Alley-hoop to Cam Clark. His career high is now 19 points.

UCA misses the shot, Rebound by Clark. Pass goes inside to Washington goes in and out.

Cade with a nice dish to Newell doesn't get rewarded. Rebound goes the other way and Newell commits his forth foul.

we just got done with christmas break, there is not really any time left to develop anything. That was the longest break we will have til march
