OU's Next Generation: Payton Pritchard

Good read. The work ethic seems to go inline with the kind of kids Kruger brings to the program. It will be fun to see how his game as a freshman compares to Woodard as a senior when that time arrives.

Great read! How anyone can read this article and still think Pritchard may not play very much if he comes in early is a mystery to me? :facepalm

These are the kinds of players we need to add to take that next step. If we can get 2-3 of them on our roster, we could see a major bump in our ceiling.

Buford is the same level of player ...

Posted this in another thread but do you guys think Pritchard coming early hurts any with the 16 class? I know he was supposedly involved in the recruiting of a few others from that class including Joey Brunk who Ada has mentioned a few times.

First, none of us really know if Pritchard coming in early is more than a rumor at this point?

If it does turn out to be true, I doubt if it will have any effect on our 2016 class. It might even help, by virtue of the fact that he can be an on-campus recruiting tool for OU. He can also give recruits a firsthand accounting of what life is like as a Sooner.

Hite said today on twitter that, he's not coming early. Payton and dad decided against it.

Well, that settles it for me. Justin is usually spot on with his reporting. If he doesn't know for sure, he makes calls and digs for information before he puts his reputation on the line.

I believe he and his Dad too bad for the Sooners.
