That's different..."American-FYR Macedonian forward Ashley Paris..."

Another interesting game for Mersin (1-0) which played on the court of TED Ankara (0-1). Mersin crushed hosts 79-59. American-FYR Macedonian forward Ashley Paris (191-87, college: Oklahoma) stepped up and scored 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and Courtney Paris chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. Mersin's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.

Those who are familiar with Eurobasketball understand that some teams not only compete in their league, but also compete in other games in Euroleague, EuroCup, etc. Mersin, the team the Paris' play for compete in EuroCup in addition to the Turkish TKBL (league). AP had a great EuroCup game for Thanksgiving!

Edit...and CP did not do a bad job either!

What's interesting is they are producing significantly while playing less than half of the game. Europe figured out a way to benefit from the lifetime chemistry of AP & CP, yet the WNBA can't figure it out without the requirement of one of them having to become of citizen (FIBA guidelines)! Funny!
