Phillipl Jurick at the NJCAA National Tournament

Re: Phillip Jurick at the NJCAA National Tournament

Very Goffish.

I dont think we should even concern ourselves with him anymore. Our coach is gone and last I saw he was most likely headed to W. Virginia anyways.

I think Goff being commited works against us as well.

OU is no longer on Jurick's board. The question is, will Goff still come here?

Re: Phillip Jurick at the NJCAA National Tournament

Guy Landry may be worth a look. Midland's leading scorer with 18 on only six field goal attempts in 22 minutes. He's an older guy (22-23) who came here from France. He's also known as a high level athlete and defender. Mizzou has been on him lately, but I'm not sure if an offer will be coming his way.

Midland also has a freshman point guard from Missouri, Bobby Hatchett, who may be worth watching for next year. He won two state titles in Missouri's small class as one of the leaders for one of the more dominant programs not just in Missouri, but the entire midwest (1a school with maybe 150 in the entire high school... but they routinely demolish much larger schools from big cities).

I personally dont want Goff...and think this could be a positive thing if he doesnt come...

But one thing i think for sure...whoever we hire needs to have his own players that would come with him...obviously this would be a guy that is coaching right now...

MU would probably take Goff right now if OU decided to cut ties.

Beggars can't be choosers.

Titus Ruble would love to come to OU from Indy juco in Kansas. Atleast he puts up numbers. But again, so did CJ. But CJ should have gotten more pt as well.

Is Rubles eligible to sign in 2011? He was originally a class of 2010 recruit, so unless he qualified and just chose to attend juco on his own he's got to wait.
