Player leadership

I think last year's team suffered from lack of player leadership. Who do you think will fill that void this year? I'm inclined to think it won't be Lattin or James because they would have done it last year. Curious to hear everyone's thoughts.
 
I couldn't agree more. I pointed to the lack of leadership a number of times last season.

It's their team now...

Lattin is the "rah rah" guy...but not a get in ur a$$ guy..
 
I wouldn't write off James' potential to be a leader just yet. He'll be an upperclassman and if he gets his shot to start falling again, the boost in confidence could inspire him to be a more vocal leader.
