Was at a lunch at the LN complex on Friday and got a bonus watching the BB team practice. There were about 30-40 people sitting around the court enjoying the action. I'm not knowledgeable enough to comment on any one player but there seemed to be a lot of energy and enthusiasm out on the court as well as constant teaching going on.
Hopefully that will translate in a winning program again. Lon and Steve Henson and the rest of the staff seemed to run an excellent practice regiment.

61,

Would you be so kind as to give us a short breakdown of what you thought of the guys? Always appreciate other opinions and we haven't gotten many even with the open practice policy.

I sure wish I was still in Norman...

I'll try. I didn't have a handout so I wasn't sure who was who. Grooms looks bigger than Blair. Honore looks big but doesn't have much touch. Arnet, the CA center, is big but not real athletic. Osby didn't standout. The transfer from Wyoming looked like the real deal. Neal looks good.
A lot of the practice included 4 on 4s, drills etc. Fraschilla is really small. Like a head shorter than the next smallest guy.
Sorry that's about all I can contribute.
But again the energy level was high, lots of hustle, players were working hard.
I don't think this team will quit anytime this season even if they are outmanned or outgunned.
Liked Kruger's take charge attitude. Things were crisp, no dragging or horsing
around.
