A friend went and said Gibson can can flat out shoot the ball. They need whoever is left at the NCAA to go ahead and declare him eligible.

The coaching staff seems to be pleased with the team. Hopefully this means they can play not just working hard.

I can’t imagine them turning it down, they have granted almost every waiver.

Always a place for shooters ... the more tape I watch on him, though, he's not just a shooter: tough, decent distributor, and knows how to draw fouls. All around savvy offensive player.

If he can figure out how to defend, he'll play quite a bit.

JB got his waiver from the NCAA. No word on our two guys yet but with how liberally they are being granted this year, it would be surprising and disappointing if ours get denied.

The football appeals still haven't been ruled on and the season has started. That is absolutely ridiculous. Feels like all the basketball ones are getting granted besides ours. Feels sometimes like the NCAA is just out to get OU, or at least make us squirm. Made Tashawn Thomas wait darn near until tip off. Scumbags!

It seems like a lot of the waivers have been ruled on very recently. Two guys who left WSU just got cleared in the past week or two. So I don’t think we are all that far behind schedule.

Waiting till it's iron clad? Sure hope that's not the case. Once you get the OK from the NCAA, I'd imagine that's that. This just needs to get done. A potential volume shooter like Gibson is a game-changing option we need.

Soonersports updated the roster recently. Interesting to see who's gained and who has lost. Appears Rick and Anyang have been consuming some burgers and steaks... Harmon gained an inch and lost some weight. Victor heavier. Jalen exact same. Seacat +20 whoa! Enforcer? HAHA
