Dotson back and Grimes gone is what the smart money was on all along, although I think initially everyone including Grimes figured he would just stay in the draft.

Wants to improve his stock by playing his best/natural position and knew that wouldn't happen with Dotson there.

I recall them announcing shortly after the injury that he was going to transfer, but I've never heard exactly why. I think he put his name in the draft mainly to see what his options were. I feel bad for him with his injury issues but who knows what the story is on him leaving. Maybe he just felt he was cursed in Ft Worth and needed a change of scenery lol.

Culver and Tshiebwe will be fine in the paint for WVU. Konate has 0 chance of being drafted from what I read, but maybe he will just go overseas or something.

I wonder where Grimes ends up? He will have to sit out a year, surprised he is doing that. Thats gonna cost him 2 years, but maybe thats what he needs to prep for pro basketball if that is in his future.

Grimes is actually considered the better NBA prospect between him and Dotson. If he rebounds well somewhere he will at least get second round looks.
