Next years potential returnees?

Wichita, what lawsuit are you referencing related to Wague?

Whether he starts to not, I would be surprised if Luke left. Who knows with Cole.

BTW, does J Moore have any eligibility left? And, does anyone think the Cali kid (Blair, I think) will show up and play basketball or is the thought he will be going to pro baseball.
if you go to the roster on pinned it show the players year of eligibility ....

and the juco lawsuit .. has not been decided yet so the NCAA doesn't need to appeal .. the vandy qb got a prelim injunction that only applies to him ..

the ncaa has not lost the case yet (but it is looking like they will) ..

Thanks for the clarification, that’s an important point.

So nwanwo for an extra year?
not yet ... this NCAA decision is only for those that would not have been able to come back .. it likely will apply to future years .. BUT

there is also the NCAA clock rule which this does not address at all ... Nwankwo started his clock (5 to play 4) with his year at Tulane that might take another entire lawsuit ..

The fact Jeff Nwankwo can play 4 more years is so freaking awesome. That’s such a huge deal for us. If he stays around here.
he can't (yet) the juco ruling doesn't really clear him ) .. he has the NCAA 5 year clock rule also and that still exists and is in force ..

(once he started at a D1 school (in his case tulane for football) his 5 year clock started) ..

i'm not a huge fan of 24/25 year olds playing college basketball....
Its a pro sport now, so I would be happy to watch Ace or Mookie play for OU six or eight years (for example). 60 yr olds can go back to school so don’t see a problem with the coming change for sports. Might actually raise the talent overall significantly over time through retention.
