Question about Officiating

Falling to the floor with the ball is different from jumping on the ball while it's on the ground. If a player falls to the floor with the ball, it's traveling. If a player jumps on the ball on the floor, it's not traveling unless he then rolls over with the ball.

Which they do all the time now and it is rarely called a travel.
