I think OU could, and maybe even should, finish in front of KU, but I can't put them there yet.

I think ISU, Baylor, and Texas are the next tier. Not sure Texas has the shooting to jump either of the other teams though.

WVU and OSU are about even.

And then the three teams at the bottom. Don't see KSU finishing last, but they might get passed by TT.
