Recruit at the Game

TK and Colton came over to this young ladies parents and talk with them before taking her back to the locker room before the game. Anyone know who she might be?

Haha. Appreciate that Syb but I could be off. I didn’t actually see the recruit- was talking to some people before the game and they were raving about a recruit that was there. Swear they said OK prep kid but could be off.

The ok prep kid was Gabby Gregory...the kid in picture is Liz Scott. Two 19’s that play same position. Scott higher ranked...gregory OK kid...wonder who Coale goes after harder! Or maybe she would take both! I just want to see some bigs to go with either for the 19 class!

Gregory must have twenty or thirty offers: long list. From what Horn Fans is saying, it appears that they think that the only 2019 prospects worth recruiting from Texas are Scott and Taylor Jones who has had two hip surgeries. They don't seem to think Texas will recruit in-state this year, indicating that Texas is looking in Ohio, California, Colorado, and at Haley Jones (the kid that OU is looking at from Archbishop Mitty). Texas is supposedly recruiting Ashton Prechtel, 6-5 post from Discovery Canyon, CO (#90) who OU may be looking at.

OU may also be looking at Taylor Jones, 6--3 P, Dallas Christian, and Kennedy Brown, 6-5 P, Derby KS, home of Joanna McFarland. I have yet to see that Jones or Brown are looking at OU. I thought Brown visited OU on her own.

HornFans does not even mention Nyah Green of Allen, Texas, 6-0 G, who is #1 and a Louisville commit.

Of course, Amihere also lists us. That would be a good get. A post with Amihere, Gregory, and Scott would be a sensational year. I remember that Leroy likes Gregory.

The truth is most top 50 kids have 50 plus offers they just don’t publicize the the lower level offers. I know getting kids Texas and Baylor want is going to grow this team: but i seems Sherri always would rather get Oklahoma kids: which who can blame her. McKenna warnock is a 19 i would be on if i were OU! This kid can go and would fit perfectly in Sherri system. My biggest thought on most Oklahoma kids if they really want to go to OU they commit as soon as the offer hits. Look at murcer she had other offers for awhile like Tulsa and oru the minute OU offered she jumped that is more the norm of kids from OU that want to play here imo.

I thought that I had heard of a connection between Scott and Madison Williams. I had definitely heard of a connection between Shaina and Amihere. I also heard of a connection between Taylor Jones and Kennedy Brown. Didn't Tatum have some allies on her AAU team?

I understand that Gregory is a lifelong OU fan.

It’s seems Tatum has formed lots of relationships in the game. I saw a tweet recently that Liz retweeted when she played with Tatum. I know jones is out for OU. This is certain. Not sure exactly where brown stands.

Warnock was a kid that got some press when she played one and one against Cate Reese and just outplayed her.. i looked her up she seems more of a big guard more than a post or 4. At this point i would say ou needs more 4/5 than anything. I think scott is versatile! Much like Maddie Williams.
