Rondo

And lol at rivets saying that was a hard and dangerous foul. He barely touched him

yeah, i don't know what Rondo was thinking because it was Garnett simply just falling out of bounds to the ground. Rondo should be suspended for at least 5 games for it considering it went into the crowd and fans could have been injured. What an idiot.

I can see what Rondo saw and despite it not being a popular opinion ... I side with Rondo.

KG was in a completely vulnerable position coming down and Humphrie's "glancing shove" certainly could have increased the speed, changed the angle, or done a myriad of other things and made it worse ... OR he could have tried to hold KG up like a good sport would do ... like I've seen quite a few other players around the league do ... like anyone with any actual heart would have done.

They can rag on Rondo all they want because of his temper but he retaliated for a teammate in a "we" fashion, not "me". I applaud him.

lol he BARELY touched him. There was no mal intent involved. There are 20 plays a game worse than that

That was nothing.

I guess chris paul should be getting in a fight every night trying to protect griffin b/c he takes a shot like that everytime he goes up. Garnett left his feet and lopez was trying to block it.

Rondo is a punk and i can't stand him.

It wasn't Lopez. And trying to block out? Watch your own video. Who posts a video they haven't watched themselves lol?

Rondo didn't need to shove Kardashian, but Kardashian intended to do what he did. I wouldn't have let it slide if I were Rondo, simply getting in his face should have sufficed.

my mistake. Humphries not Lopez. And I meant block, not block out.
I've watched the video plenty. **** like that happens everygame. ROndo is usally the common denominator in these situations b/c he is a punk and a dirty player

What? I get sticking up for your teammate, especially if its a blatant attempt to injure somebody. But in this particular case shoving another guy off the floor and into the crowd is uncalled for. KG's momentum from driving and attempting a 1 legged fadeaway had more to do with him falling down than Humphries contact with him.

Yes Humphries fouled KG, but it wasn't flagrant or anything and to me he just seemed to react like everybody does when a shot goes up, you look back to the shot and away from the defender to see if it goes in or not.

Rondo is far from a dirty player. A dirty player would have retaliated in a different way. Something like the elbow Artest threw on Harden.

Rondo is just a hothead that was standing up for a teammate. He'll be suspended as he should and life will go on.

we all get that you don't like rondo. I'm not a huge rondo fan myself. But I won't get on him for trying to defend a teammate.

I understand defending a teammate if there is a dirty play. But IMO there wasnt

Go to YouTube. He's a dirty player. The worst was throwing hinrich into the scorers table

Bounce - how YOU feel about it doesn't matter. He didn't consult Soonerbounce before deciding if he should defend KG or not.

It's RONDO'S perception that matters. Neither you nor I have any clue what part of that action he saw or from what angle he saw it. You impart some nefarious intent on his action because you don't like the guy and you don't think anything bad was done. I give him the benefit of the doubt despite not liking him because he was defending a teammate.

fair enough. BUt after seeing some of his other plays and his attitude, I don't give him the benefit of the doubt
