I never gave a flying rat's behind about the Pac 12, but he and Dave were worth staying up for. You never knew what was going to come out of his mouth, and much of it had nothing to do with basketball.

Waltons' enthusiasm for the gamw was boundless. He really loved the PAC 12 and seemed genuiely saddened by its demise. Always enjoyed his off the-wall
banter. Kept games entertaining even when they might become boring.
