Still not getting much love from some National media. David Cobb of cbssports.com does not have us listed if his way too early top 68 for tourney. Nor in first 4 out so not in top 72. He also doesn’t list us in most improved teams going into next year. AND he picks us to finish 10 th in conference which is some improvement over last year. Whadya got to do to get some respect??

We will be there. This team is better than last years. Gotta prove it. Preseason polls overrated.

This roster looks very good on paper. Can’t wait to see what they can accomplish.

I think it's ridiculous not even having us in the top 68, with us making the tourney last season and knowing what we brought in via the portal, the math just adds up to us being well within that range. These publications also picked Kansas as a preseason #1 last season, so it just goes to show you how little they know sometimes.

I have a hard time getting offended by it. We have made one tourney in four years and it took a surge the final week of the season to make it. We lost a one-and-done lottery pick and our other primary scorer. I'm sure people have lots of questions about our interior play, and some people probably wonder about Pack's health and the step-up in competition for Brown. And Jones and JN are complete wild cards.

For the record, I like our team on paper and think that if things break right, we have a chance to be better than last season. But there are lots of unknowns.

Depth and experience at point, wing and post. Been a minute since we have had that.

Outside of dayton and mo, we haven’t seen much of the guys tho. So it should be interesting to see what moser can do with this much talent.

Pretty basic interview. He talks about how the move to OTE improved his understanding of the game and his skill. Then about the comfortable relationship with the staff being a difference-maker in his recruitment. Acknowledges where he fits in OU’s ball screen heavy offense as a lob threat, and as an anchor of the defense. In terms of expectations he just expects to come in and learn. “If that results in playing a lot, then yeah, I want to do that. But my expectation is to come in and do what I can for the team and progress myself.”

Not a ton there. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders though, and I’m excited to watch him play with this group.
