Not really.
Right now we have six players who, at least on paper, will be here (Phil, Dixon and Green from last year's roster, Bell and Ross as transfers, and 2012 juco Quantel Denson, who may not be here due to a legal situation). We'll probably add five or six more players to the mix but will almost certainly leave a couple scholarships open (judging by how hard Haith is also recruiting for 2013).
With that much roster turnover in one year, we'll definitely be inexperienced, especially in the post. But we'll be one of the more experienced and talented teams in the Big 12 and possibly the nation when it comes to perimeter players. Haith is in on enough talent for 2012 that I'm confident we'll be able to fill in the gaps with capable recruits.
I'm particularly excited to see how Phil adjusts to Haith's style. Contrary to what a lot of people thought coming in, he actually wasn't all that well suited for Anderson's style. Physically he's obviously got what it takes, but his mentality isn't to push the tempo. He's a guy who is a better fit for a slower style heavy in pick and roll type stuff, which I believe is more what Haith does.
