I knew he had some "point forward" type skills, but his perimeter skills seem much more advanced than I realized.

Nothing jaw dropping, but it gives you a glimpse of his versatility. His ballhandling, passing and court vision are really impressive for a 6-9 kid, IMO.

He's #25 in the blue uniform and gray undershirt.

There sure was a lot of bad basketball being played in that clip.

I''m not speaking specifically about Henry because his versatility is a bonus, but overall both of those teams looked pretty rough. Kids were completely out of control most of the time and a fair number of shot attempts were poor at best.

If Henry can dedicate himself to hard work and putting on some weight if/when he gets to OU then he could be a nice player. It will be interesting to see how his situation and game develop.

I had thought it was announced that Henry was not coming until season after next. Did I misunderstand?

I hope so, because I'm frankly sick to death of us signing guys who can't play for a season or two.

Skeeter was on the radio (KREF) yesterday and said his son should be good to go the 2nd semester of the 2012-2013 season.

I only watched a few possessions of the video so can't assess Henry's point-forward abilities, but Royce White's proven that a big guy with guard skills can dominate games at the college level. IMO if he comes back he's the easy choice for Big 12 POY in 2013.

Seriously? SMH...what help is that to us. It's the same damn situation as we had if he had came in here the 2nd semester this year like some of us thought he would. He's not going to be able to just come in halfway through the season and make an impact. I was really hoping he would qualify for fall semester next year...

He probably wouldn't contribute that much next season anyways. We could redshirt him next season b/c were going to need bodies the following year. Plus it will probably serve him and the program better if he redshirted.

I think he is vastly overrated. Just my opinion though
