How about the one in the video you referenced when smart bumps into a K state player, starts to fall down, reached up and grabs the kstate players jersey pulling him down and then points at the kstate player to the ref as to say he fouled me. I saw this when it happened and could not believe a college player would do that. I know there is some pros that would, but not college usually does not do that.

This isn't golf where the viewers at home can call in and assess a penalty. It's not a foul unless the ref calls it.
