Apparently, SoonerNorm has passed away. The folks who have been on this board a long time know who I am talking about. He was the driving force to getting a womens basketball forum on here in 2008. He left in 2016 to start another board for OU womens basketball.

Wow, that’s a shame. Condolences to his family. It’s amazing that you know these names/handles for years, but don’t know much else about them — even what they look like!

yeah, i was shocked when i found out this weekend. He apparently passed in June this year, had been ill for a bit leading up to it. He was very kind on the other board, made me feel very welcome to share my thoughts anytime I wanted, he will be missed for sure!
