Nobody knows the nature or extent of Gioya's injury - something about a "groin" problem. Whatever it is she is supposed to be back on the court shortly and people are assuming that she will give us a huge boost. If so, I think it will be in morale(which isnt a bad thing)and not on offense or defense. It will take her at least a month to get in game shape. Assuming her confidence arrives at the same time as her conditioning, she will not be game sharp which will take up to another month. Who knows how long she will take to get confidence back and playing at 100%. I think we are looking at March before she becomes effective(if then).
