Summer Workouts

What is the NCAAs guidelines on summer workouts for basketball? Do the guys travel to camps or stay in Norman?

Typicslly the players(both new and old) enroll in summer school,ptactice at the LNC practice facility(on their own of course).I think Yo-Yo is allowed to supervise conditioning workouts but otherwise no staff supervision.

I have another questons for those that know the rules. Can the staff be in contact with those players that have signed, but not yet enrolled. In other words. Can the staff be in contact with Grooms and Arent and communicate the type of lifting or work-out routines they want them to do on their own this summer and call to see how those work-outs are progressing?

Yes, at least that's how it used to be.
