Since the game is being held at an NFL stadium, my friends and I that are going are wanting to tailgate football style for the game. Any idea if this will be allowed, or if this will be a common practice.

Any tips or suggestions?

Thanks.

Update: because the event is run by the national communists against americans, tailgating is not allowed. They have the audacity to charge hundreds of dollars for crappy seats in a football stadium, and then don't allow tailgating.

The sooner the schools wrest free of this morally bankrupt institution, the better.

Looks like they have a FanFest both days around the stadium with bands and whatnot. We had a decent tailgate spot there for the B12 title vs. CU. But tailgating is for football.

Most basketball arenas are in the middle of things, and most football stadiums are in the middle of nowhere. Tailgating for a basketball game on a late Saturday afternoon that is being played at a football stadium seems pretty reasonable.

i was thinking off pocket shots but it will be too hot to warrant dressing in enough layers to conceal the goods. Disappointing.

Why can't you park your SUV in the lot, open the back hatch and sit for a while with some cold suds and a warm burger? They can't do anything to you right?
