I think even more than those three games, you have an egg laid at Tech, and home game with Texas. This team was just as close to NCAA as NIT. Bench made a difference to me. If the guys coming in can provide some meaningful minutes then this team goes dancing next year. IMO

Agreed. This team was really close to finishing exactly where I thought they would, 5-6th in the Big 12. Tough to do that once Newell left, and Cam and Neal were both "cold" for much of the conference schedule. Give LK a little more talent, and he'll have us back Dancing.

This is why I am optimistic for next season. M'Baye alone is going to make a difference. I don't care if he starts for Cam, Fitz or comes off the bench, it is going to give OU a scorer coming off the bench. A year of experience for Clark, Grooms, Neal and Osby is going to help. I expect all four guys to be noticeably improved. It may not be reflected in their stats but I think all four guys will be improved. Hield and Hornbeak are going to help. If OU signs two more kids (even if they redshirt) that will also help. Better competition in pracitce makes a team better.
